Day 1 : Auckland
Welcome to Auckland and New Zealand. On arrival you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to your first night’s accommodation. Or if you’ve decided to pick up your rental vehicle immediately, you pick up your vehicle at the airport and drive to your accommodation.
Your detailed tour information pack will be given to you once you arrive at your accommodation.
You’ll most likely be pretty tired from a long flight, so take the rest of the day to relax and explore the inner city. The city centre of Auckland is not too big, so you can easily walk around. Visit the Skytower to take in great views of the city, and stroll around the waterfront with its many nice bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal.

Day 2 : Auckland - Rotorua
Today you'll drive to the North Island's west coast, you will have the full morning to yourself.. there are plenty of things to do in Rotorua.
Rotorua is also nicknamed Roto Vegas by Kiwis for the amount of attractions it has. The main attractions are Maori culture and amazing geothermal activity. The region also has many beautiful lakes to explore. World-class biking trails, excellent hiking traills, natural hot streams, luxurious spas, a whole range of adventure activities such as rafting, sledging, jetboating, zorbing, racing down a steep hill in a luge, this place has it all. We recommend that you take the afternoon to experience one of these activities.
In the evening you will go to see the Maori cultural experience.

Day 3 : Rotorua
Today you will have a hald day fly fishing tour in Rotorua that is surrounded by plentiful waterways, famous for both summer and winter fishing. Summer fishing comes alive throughout the district with great trout fishing action in the back country and also at the local streams and lakes.
The summer season is the time to get some great dry fly action. The large numbers of cicadas hatching in the back country become a favorite food for the trout. This is the ultimate time to be fishing for trout in the Rotorua region. 4wd or Helicopter are used to access the fisheries that I guide on throughout the season. ( If you want to do it with the Heli let us know)

Day 4 : Rotorua -Taupo
The drive to Taupo is only about an hour, so you'll have plenty of time today.
About 2kms north of Taupo, a must see are the impressive Huka Falls. This is where the Waikato River, New Zealand's longest river, enters a shallow ravine of hard volcanic rock. The resulting sight is nothing but spectacular. More than 220,000 liters of water per second rushes by.
A thrilling jetboat ride up to the base of the Huka Falls is not only an exciting way to see the falls, but you'll also get the best views.

Day 5 : Taupo - Tongariro
Today in the morning you will have a Full day tour Fly Fishing in the Central plateau at the Northern end of Lake Taupo,where there are dozens of quality rivers and stream.
After your activity Then you will continue your drive to Tongariro.( a short drive)

Day 6 : Tongariro
The Tongariro River is regarded as one of the world's finest trout fishing destinations. It is a premier fly fishing water with a world-wide reputation for the size, number and strength of the trout and the challenge they present to anglers.
It is the major tributary of Lake Taupo and during the winter months hundreds of thousand large well condition fish move up it to spawn. It is New Zealand's principle winter fishery.

Day 7 : Tongariro - Auckland
Today your tour ends, and you will drive to Auckland taking your memories of a truly exceptional New Zealand holiday.
