Home to ancient Maori tribes this tour route takes you through the Tikitapu scenic reserve visiting 4 lakes and splashing down onto 3. You’ll learn about ancient Maori history, the establishment of tourism in the area, geothermal forces that shaped our land, agriculture, flora and fauna and the list goes on. It is an cultural, ecological and historical eco-tour that is informative, fun and unique!

Summer or Winter : Bring a camera!! You’ll see some amazing sights that we want you to keep forever. Make sure you also dress for the conditions. The Duck have heaters, blankets and roll down sides but it is always better to be prepared with warm clothes on the cooler days.

Cancellation policy
- Where the date of cancellation is a date 45 days or more before the start of the tour, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the deposit paid
- Where the date of cancellation is a date 30 to 45 days before the start of the tour the cancellation fee shall be 25% of the contract price
- Where the date of cancellation is a date 7 to 30 days before the start of the tour the cancellation fee shall be 50% of the contract price
- Where the date of cancellation is a date 7 days or less before the start of the tour the cancellation fee shall be 100% of the contract price
